An WW2 German Army (Heer) Infantry Officer’s Schirmmütze, featuring a field-grey doeskin wool body and crown with a blue-green badge cloth centerband and white waffenfarbe piping. The front prominently displays a raer first-pattern bullion national eagle, clutching a wreathed swastika. The silver bullion oak-leaf wreath patch remains intact, and the cap retains over 80% of its bullion, still bright and detailed. This Officer's Cap features a fading name and unit marking inside the sweatband.

A silver-aluminum twisted chin cord is secured by two silver-washed pebbled magnetic buttons, resting above a black lacquered vulcanfibre visor with a subtly raised lip. The interior is lined with golden rayon fabric and features a natural tan leather sweatband with ventilation perforations and a foam-rubber insert for comfort. The sweatband bears a maker’s stamp from EREL, a known wartime manufacturer often sought-after in today's market. Making this a distinguished piece of WW2 German military history, reflecting the prestige of a German Army Infantry Officer.
