This is an original HJ / DAF Joint Reichs Occupational Skills Competition 1935 Badge, issued in connection with the national competition jointly organized by the Hitler Youth (HJ) and the Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF) to promote vocational and occupational skills. Badges of this type were awarded or worn by participants and attendees associated with the event.

This example is a stamped bronze badge. The obverse features the event-specific design rendered in clear relief. The reverse is marked “HOFFSTÄTTER BONN,” indicating manufacture by Ferdinand Hoffstätter of Bonn, a well-known period producer, and retains its original attachment hardware. 

This badge is an authentic example of Third Reich–period occupational and youth organization insignia and is suitable for collectors specializing in HJ memorabilia, DAF-related items, competition badges, and German historical insignia, as well as for reference within a broader pre–World War II collection.
