A rare Kriegsmarine U-Boat Transport and Supply Unit M38 Officer's Overseas Cap, most likely stationed at Kiel, Germany. Constructed of dark navy-blue wool, this cap features light blue piping, a designation for Transport and Supply units.

The front displays a fine hand-embroidered gold bullion Kriegsmarine eagle and a tri-color cockade, both expertly stitched. The navy-blue rayon interior is in excellent condition, with no markings, indicating this was a privately tailored, a bespoke officer’s cap.

Due to its specialized unit affiliation and custom manufacture, this is an exceptionally rare example of a Kriegsmarine U-Boat logistical officer's headgear with distinct acquisition provenance.
